At HiBREW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee experience. If your machine or accessory does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the HiBREW product in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
